Terms and Conditions

1VILLA PRICES

Prices are quoted in USD. Rates are subject to change at anytime. Subject to 21% government taxes. Same rates applies throughout the year.

2PAYMENTS & DEPOSIT

A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation at Alami Villas. Deposit and balance payments must be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Please note that Credit Card payment is subject to a 3% bank commission.

3CANCELLATION / REFUND

Applicable Cancellation Policy :

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposits and Final payments are non refundable

4ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

The check in time is 1.00 p.m
The latest time for checking out is 12 p.m on your day of departure.

5INCLUSIONS

Breakfast is included in the price.
